Very nice place to go on holiday
Peaceful campsite set in the heart of the countryside. Basic facilities but provides electric hookup and waste disposal. 10-15 minute walk to South Milton Beach.
An amazing place to visit. The location is exceptional and the veiws are stunning. It will be forty years next year that I have visited the camp and will continue visiting as i cannot wish for a better place to spend my summer holiday. I have watched generations of my family become parents and bring their children along. Such magical memories. Thank you
We absolutely love visiting the Berrymans at Terawhiti. We have been visiting them for over 20 years, first as a couple, and now as a family with a dog. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The scenery is beautiful and the location is perfect for the South Hams beaches (Thurlestone and South Milton beaches are minutes away) and for town amenities in Kingsbridge (supermarkets, chemists etc). There are lots of footpaths for walking our dog and exploring. Our children love coming here and are happy to hang out around the campsite entertaining themselves. This campsite comes highly recommended and is a hidden gem.
Many fond memories of camping at Lower Terawhiti, and many more memories to be made in the future. In a quiet and absolutely beautiful location, this family run campsite is only a few minutes walk to the equally beautiful south Milton sands beach. Plenty of space for camping and very impressed to see fire pits are welcome to be used. Cannot wait to get back there for my summer holiday!
