I went to Fine Shine initially to get my car cleaned, the service was amazing I turned up for my appointment the staff were very friendly and helpful and returned at the time specified. My car was gleaming inside and out, attention to detail was first class at a very reasonable cost. I then decided that I would get my carpets cleaned as the customer service and quality of service was exceptional. I wasn't dissapointed the carpets were brought back to life and smelt so fresh as well as visible stains removed, what impressed me most was how dry the carpets were left after a short time. I will never use anyone else again and thoroughly recommend Fine Shine whether it's for a car wash or a household clean. Thanks Again.
Fine shine did a full valet on my car before i sold it. When i booked it in they went through all my options and tailored a quote to suit my budget. When i bought the car in they ran through everything again and kept me informed every step of the way. i found the staff to be really helpful and friendly and will definitely be using Fine Shine again in the future.

We hired Fine Shine to do end of tenancy deep clean. The property was well kept and clean and there was no need to even clean the carpets. It seemed this should be an easy job. However when I got to the property after the Fine Shine left I noticed that all lamps are dusty, there are cobwebs on ceiling and by curtain rails, the top of the fridge was very dusty and the oven extractor cover is all greasy. The worst was bathroom toilet looked like it hasnt been cleaned at all (lime scale and dirt all around and on the bottom), shower cabin frame was all dirty there were even dust bunnies between shower door and the frame. We called Fine Shine to complain and they sent the team to clean again. They came and even when I told them about the dirty shower cabin, they still were unable to clean it properly. They got very defensive and said that lime scale from the cabin has been cleaned. When I pointed out the dirty toilet Ive heard that: This cannot be cleaned with bleach and brush. I just said I could prove them wrong and sent you pictures. (took me 15 min to clean it and I have pictures!). When they were leaving, they said Its a farm house, in a week it will look the same.Summarising, I found Fine Shine very unprofessional, their cleaning was sloppy at best. We paid for deep clean, we didnt even get the light dusting. The staff clearly have no idea how to clean and dont care about the result or the customer. They werent at all apologetic when they came the second time and I found them rude. Fine Shine not so fine!!!
