Absolute useless - do not use these clowns - took them 8 weeks to tell me they could not get lock and that was with the following 1 - Turning up to look at job unannounced when I asked them to call me 2- Going into shop and they promised to call back - nothing 3- Going into shop and they said they could not find work sheet and would phone me with an update - nothing 4- Phone up one last time and they phone me to say they have not heard from manufacturer - perhaps pick up the phone to the Burfords !!Total mess in there and they do not do what they promise !
