All I can say is that Nadine is awful. So rude and unhelpful. Had to chase up every little detail to check that she passed on the correct information, and obviously she never did. Everyone else In the team that I delt with were amazing, honest and helpful. Shame
From my experience so far, collyers letting agents(formely appledore) are very helpful and personal. I have quite a complex personal situation, and they are doing there best to help me secure the property I want. very patient, relaxed, and helpful. Having previously dealt with other local agencies, I have found collyers to be very approachable and down to earth.
There should be laws against lettings agencies like this. Stay clear or you will hear lies, fabrications and manipulation.
The worst Lettings company I have ever worked with, the owners Andrew and Helen are extremely rude, arrogant, totally unprofessional and very unhelpful. I Wouldnt go near this company if I were you, you will be messed around and get zero help with anything!
Disgraceful, deceitful and a waste of time. The only reason they got one star was because it was needed to leave a review. They don't know or understand the new right to rent laws. To ignorant to understand simple English. Don't waste your time with Helen or Richard (owners of Appledore).
