These are the type of people that you need to deal with if you have a collection of antiquarian books that have seen better days. Clearly experts in their field, not only was I told which volumes could be restored (and how and at what cost), but far more importantly, I was told which volumes were probably not worth repairing and why not, even though this meant that they were turning work away.
