Bit disappointed the independent shops weren't open for as long as the actual centre on Christmas Eve. Thanks for the mulled wine and biscuits! Very knowledgeable staff, good selection of seasonal trinkets, as well as permanent stock and wide variety of plants. Caf is always highly recommended!
A garden centre near Loddiswell, on the road to Woodleigh with an eclectic mix of shops and good variety of plants as well! Best to come for a browse around the clothing and gift shop whilst enjoying a coffee and cake or meal in the on site cafe, again offering a good menu selection. In good weather also enjoy a riverside walk in the countryside. Great place to visit to while away an hour or two!
My all time favourite garden centre. Lovely site, situated amongst trees near River. Barn conversions tastefully done offer great cafe, and individual craft and clothes shops. Beautiful place for a visit.
Avon Mill Garden Centre is one of the great finds of Devon. Tucked away in beautiful countryside north of Kingsbridge. What I love is the adorable smiling staff providing a hearty warm welcome. Artisan local products made of quality and love. A beautiful art studio of unique imagination and lashings of cream tea and food service. With all this diversity one nearly forgot this secret garden and it's charming plantation. Simply a wonderful place for those that appreciate the naturally good things in life!
