I was unable to attend my aunties funeral but I wanted to send some flowers I spoke to someone at studio flowers, Kingsbridge who appeared very pleasant, I explained that I was unable to go to the funeral but wanted to purchase some flowers and I asked if so photos of the flowers could be emailed over to me, she was very reassuring and said yes no problem, she debited my credit card and assured me that the flowers would be at the funeral directors in timeI have scored her low because after taking payment I had no further contact with her, she sent me confirmation of the order so she had my email address, but I never sent me photos of the flowers, I don't even know if she actually sent the flowers or if they got there the death of a close family member is very upsetting and you don't need more stress wondering if you have been conned, without photos, how do I know. I didn't contact her again because the whole event was so tragic and I was just too upset to think that I had been scammed out of a large amount of my moneyIt appears to me she was nice and happy to take my money but not so nice to do as she had promised
